DEPOSIT
PAYMENT METHODS
ALL SERVICES REQUIRE A $15 DEPOSIT TO SECURE YOUR APPOINTMENT. THE $15 PAYMENT IS NON-REFUNDABLE, BUT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR TOTAL AT THE COMPLETION OF SERVICE
ROYAL T NAILS OFFERS FLEXIBLE AND POPULAR PAYMENT OPTIONS INCLUDING CASH, CREDIT, DEBIT, AND ZELLE FOR PAYMENT OF YOUR SERVICE AT NO ADDITIONAL COST TO YOU.
LATE ARRIVAL
ALL SERVICES ARE SCHEDULED TO ENSURE THAT EACH CLIENT IS SERVICED AT THE START OF THEIR APPOINTMENT. IF YOU ARE MORE THAN TEN MINUTES LATE YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED AND A NEW DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR YOUR NEW APPOINTMENT.
CANCELLATION
ANY AND ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 12 HOURS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT AND WILL RESULT IN THE FORFEITURE OF YOUR DEPOSIT. IF YOU CANCEL LESS THAN 12 HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME, YOU WILL BE BILLED A $15 CANCELLATION FEE IN ADDITION TO THE LOSS OF YOUR DEPOSIT.
